Water Saving Tip:

Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.

  • Notes

‘Pendula’ is a semi-dwarf cultivar of Eastern White pine with weeping, trailing branches that may touch the ground. It typically grows to 6 to 15 feet tall with a larger spread. Form and size is variable depending upon pruning and training. Branches typically spread horizontally for a short distance before drooping. Foliage is green to blue-green. An unusual evergreen accent.
Grow in well-drained soil in full sun, though it is tolerant of some shade. Prefers fertile, loamy soils, but tolerates a wide variety of soil conditions.
