  • Description

  • Notes

This is a columnar Norway Maple with a very narrow, upright habit. Well suited as a screen or for narrow spaces. Grows about 30 to 35 feet tall and 12 to 15 feet wide. Dark green leaves are deeply lobed, and have a golden to pale orange fall color. As with other maple, this has a small spring flower followed by winged seedpods called sumaras
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil, preferably clay-loam to sandy-loam. The leaves of Norway maples can look scorched in mid-summer if adequate water is not provided.
