  • Description

  • Notes

The foliage of this juniper is a deep mint green and overall growth is somewhat vase-shaped with upward, arching branches, growing 4 to 6 feet high and 6 to 8 feet wide. The foliage will turn a darker green in the colder winter months. Similar in form to the classic 'Pfitzer' juniper, but of a much more reasonable scale.
Makes an attractive accent, hedge, or screen. Does not require shearing to maintain its shape. Slow to medium growth. Prefers full sun and moderate to low moisture. Will grow in nearly any soil type, as long as it is well-drained, including sandy, gravelly, and clay soils. Tolerates heat, including reflective heat. Drought tolerant once established; requires only periodic watering.
